1.6(c) TRANQUILITY – Our standard plan offering a wake to allow family and friends to pay their final respects.
1.6(d) SERENITY – Our premium plan designed for those that require a personalised farewell and includes a religious or secular ceremony, flowers and a wake,

Transfer between mainland and islands (Canary/Balearic)
6.1 JOINT PLANS: Two plans purchased together.
7.1 PREMIER (Full Payers): 21-Day Consideration Period, up to €50 Charity Donation, Annual Tree Planting, and entry to our ’12 Draws of Good Luck’.
7.2 CLASSIC (Monthly up to 60m): 21-Day Consideration Period, up to €20 Charity Donation and One Tree Planted.
7.3 STANDARD (Monthly 61-120m): 21-Day Consideration Period and One Tree Planted.
Methods: Debit/Credit, Bank Transfer (Sabadell), or Monthly up to 10 years (interest-free).
Min Deposits: €500 per plan.
Missed Payments: unless agreed with Clarita Espana, 2 months arrears suspends plan and 3 months arrears leads to cancellation of plan and refund of payments made (less fees).
Governed by Spanish LOPD and EU GDPR. Principles include Lawfulness, Purpose Limitation, Data Minimization, Accuracy, Storage Limitation, Integrity, and Accountability.
10.1 INSIDE 21-DAYS: Full refund within 72 hours via email cancellation request. Day 1 is the day of creation.
10.2 OUTSIDE 21-DAYS: We do not accept cancellations.
Email complaints to cliente@claritaespana.com. Please include your Name, Address, DOB, Plan No and specific nature of complaint. Acknowledgment within 7 days.
European Law applies, specifically the EC Consumer Rights Directive.
