Cancellation Policy

We are confident that you will be happy with whichever Clarita Espana Funeral Plan you choose. They offer the most all-inclusive solution currently available in the marketplace

However, in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied, we have a simplified process for you to cancel your plan and receive a refund.

CANCELLING INSIDE THE 21-DAY CONSIDERATION PERIOD

If you wish to cancel the following are acceptable methods of cancellation

  1. Via Email to clientcare@claritaespana.com  stating your name, address, date of birth and Plan Number. 
  2. It would help us to improve our services if you could advise us why you decided to cancel but providing this information is entirely optional.

You will receive a full refund within 5 working days. The refund will be to the same medium that was used to purchase the plan. Under no circumstances will we send the refund to a third-party bank account or credit a third-party credit or debit card.

Please Note: You have twenty-one (21) days with the day of creating the plan taken as day one (1) of the 21-day Consideration Period.

OUTSIDE THE 21-DAY CONSIDERATION PERIOD

We do not  accept cancellations.

EU Consumer Rights Directive: Gives you the right to withdraw from a sales contract without explanation within 14 Days (“cooling off period”) and the right to seek repair, replacement, or full or partial refund for a product that is defective, faulty, or not as described within 2 years of purchase.
