Unlike other funeral plan providers who invest through ‘TRUSTS’, we prefer to be open and transparent.
Trusts are not legally recognised in Spain. Spain did not sign the Convenio de la Haya 1-7-1985 (Trust recognition) so plan holders whose money is managed through one will find that their funds move completely offshore, outside of Spain.
We work exclusively with Banco Sabadell and their Investment Management arm, Sabadell Asset Management.
Since June 2020, Sabadell Asset Management has been part of Amundi Investment Solutions, owned by Credit Agricole, who are strictly regulated by the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority).
